In the immortal words of Sammy Hagar "Dream Another Dream, This Dream Is Over" Damn, Damn, Damn, I so wanted to hear another S.O.W. album with London on vocals. But in my humble opinion "Let The Truth Be Known" is perfection, and that my friends is hard to improve upon. The fact that the album was written and recorded over the time period of several years, and the demise of various Lynch projects, and still is a cohesive powerhouse is a miracle unto itself. Maybe best not to tempt the fates...I've followed George Lynch's career since 1985, and between the S.O.W. album, and "Smoke and Mirrors" I've never been more proud to call myself a fan. A fan of the man, the playing, the tone, the tunes and the bands. (although the Dokken thing still feels like a step backward, but closure is important, as is one last hurrah) anyway, two of his strongest albums released in the last three years, the future looks promising...
I'm now looking forward to the new band, whatever it's name will be...
